Great b12 for what i need and good price.
Honestly I had no idea that there were 2 different types of B12 that can be taken. one that’s part of nature as this 1 is and I absolutely love because I do not get sick off of it in any way. no migraines, no tummy pains I’m good to go and I’m so glad I found it because the other kind that is Laboratory made not found in nature is the type i had been taking for years not knowing that there was 2 different kinds and i hated the side effects. And the taste is good and a higher level available here.

Good Product/ Good Price/ Not as Easy as it could be to Recycle Bottle
The label doesn’t come off easily like other supplements I get. The Bottle is a #2 recyclable plastic which is a desirable plastic to recyclers in my area, best I can tell we don’t burn our plastics that are dirty (contaminated) to create electricity in the NW like is done in parts of the UK. We just call it a “contaminated load” & pitch it into the landfill is my understanding. Some labels are made of the same recyclable material # as the bottles (there are no uniformity laws or regulations best I can tell)…. so, I just take off all the plastic bottle labels so I don’t have to think about it… But this one I could not & I’d like to, so it increases the chances of my recyclable plastic actually being recycled & not deemed a “contaminated load” & pitched into the landfill… I would appreciate it if the labels were made easier to remove from bottles in the future so when it’s going through the recyclers hands it looks as clean & not “contaminated” as possible… Thanks-

I like the energy increase I get from taking methyl B12. The quality, taste smell are good. It dissolves very well under the tongue. I just wish it were better in price. I look for value and quality. This is one of my favorite methyl B12’s. I took off 1 star for value cuz the price went up.

My doctors want me to take a 5000mcg B-12 supplement every day, so I like to get chewable ones, just for the novelty of it.I’ve subscribed to one brand of chewable B-12 supplement or other for the past two years, and this one is literally half the price of the competition, with 2-month’s worth more tablets than any other brand I’ve subscribed to so far.It tastes stronger of strawberry than the other brands, too, which I like.Possible Cons: It doesn’t dissolve as readily as other ones do (or at all, really); it is also harder and flatter than the other brands; and it is crunchier than the other brands.None of that is not a hardship for me, but it might be something that another person would want to know in advance. If those cons aren’t deal-breakers for you, then I highly recommend this brand for the flavor, the price and quantity of tablets per bottle!
