I love this product
This is my first time using this brand of goats rue and I put it to the test. So the day before I was to receive my order I stop taking my tincture that I made with goats rue to allow my blood sugar to rise to see how well this product would work. So to make a long story short my sugar level was 180 before I took the product and checked my blood sugar 2hrs later and it was 137 and now after taking it daily my blood sugar stay between 113 to 117 which is awesome for me.
