Good for hot drinks
The small slice is good for a quick drink by just rinsing them in hot water. Doesn’t taste like the highest quality ginseng but ok at this price point.

It’s Ginseng
Well, I’ve tried it steeped like tea but its kinda week and I eat the discs, but I think they are the perfect size to just suck on and ingest raw. Time will tell if it helps or does anything at all, not looking for any particular benefit so with that expectation it can’t fail. At least I’ll have some fiber. Seems to have a relaxing effect though…I think I’ll go get some now.
