Watch your sugar intake
My mistake was not allowing for the sugar content in these gummies.They taste great.I usually buy sublingual B-12 in 2500 mcg dosage. By taking 5 gummies to make up for the dosage, I blew my sugar intake outta whack.Just be careful.

Was a little weary with the price point that these would taste like chalk. Was pleasantly surprised when I got them and tried them. The taste is perfect and would probably eat the whole bottle if I didn’t have self control. Kinda reminds me of fruit snacks. Will definitely buy more and definitely recommend

A GOOD FORMULATION
The pills are small and readily taken. After a few months my B12 level moved within a normal range. I will continue to take the pills. As a vegetarian, I am subject to low B!2.
