The artificial dyes are a no for me.
I had high hopes for this vitamin. Unfortunately, they did not serve me well. I’ve used a couple different prenatal vitamins. Though I can’t definitively blame this one for my woes, I will say that when I was taking these, I was bloated, had dull looking skin, and just felt….off. When I realized these have artificial dyes, something I admittedly should have noticed prior to purchasing, I immediately stopped using them and switched to a different brand. I typically will finish a product to get my money’s worth before switching it, but I could not wait on this. I have felt much better all around in the few months since that switch. I was looking for a budget vitamin, but as I’ve learned more in my personal health journey, I cannot recommend this one based on my own experience with it. There are much better natural options out there that are truly nourishing and good for the body. I don’t believe this one was true to that goal for me.
