We love these. Always have them on hand. First symptoms of runny nose, cough, such as with cold, we start a regimen of these. Morning and night, one each time. 2 to start out. Knocks it out before it has a chance to get to a full blown cold. . If you have a cold these coupled with zinc make the symptoms less severe. Make sure it is with goldenseal. Love it.

Although I love Nature’s Way products, this order unfortunately never arrived. I contacted seller and received an auto response but nothing since then. It’s been almost 45 days since I placed order. I will move on to a different seller.
