Mostly good
Putting it together was pretty straightforward and quick with the baking to the hardware labeled decently and by step. This will be a dedicated ab/dumbell bench for me so the weight limit is more than I need and it feels very sturdy for that. I don’t think I’ll be pushing 200lbs in each arm at any point so no concerns there.The two things that made me take a star are the price and the stitching/gluing. I feel like similar offerings are available for a good amount less and I can’t place what makes this worth so much more than them. As for the stitching/gluing I have concerns of it holding up. The material is ok and the aesthetic is pretty nice with the black and red piping but the way it’s secured looks a little worrisome.

I put it in my home gym for dumbbell training. Overall, it is very stable. I don’t feel shaky when I sit on it. The backrest can be adjusted in many ways, with 8 levels. I can basically adjust it from flat, incline, and decline. It is flexible! The installation is not too complicated. I can install it slowly by myself. It takes about 20 minutes to get it done. The thickness of the seat cushion and the backrest is just right. It is not too hard or soft. It feels very comfortable when doing bench press. The 660-pound load-bearing capacity also makes me feel at ease. I am not afraid of the bench being unstable no matter how hard I train. Why give it four stars instead of five stars? The main reason is that when adjusting the angle of the backrest, the adjustment buckle feels a little tight. Sometimes I have to shake it back and forth a few times before it is in place, which is a bit inconvenient. However, this small problem does not affect the overall use. The price is reasonable and the function is sufficient. It is really cost-effective for home fitness.

Easy Assemble Sturdy Workout Bench
Pretty straightforward assembly getting this together. Very sturdy, no flimsy and cheap-feeling like some benches. Attachments let you do multiple resistance exercises. Cleanup is easy on he pad, so far holding lots of weights with no problem.

This is a really nice bench. I got it to keep my kids from having to go to the gym everyday. So I have built them an at home gym The cushioning is great. I love that it adjusts, so i can do many different workouts on it. Easy to put together, and easy to use.
