Wonderful tart cherry juice–healthy and delicious!
My periodontist gave me this after an oral surgery, saying that it would be balm for healing! It is amazingly delicious. A week later, I took some bottles (after ordering a set of 12 from Amazon) to a friend’s house for dinner, and everyone raved about the taste! I am delighted to be able to order them online! They come in lovely 8 oz. bottles, the perfect size! Absolutely love this juice! And no sugar added–what a boon!

**** 4 month update**** I am a bigger believer now than I was when I originally published this review. I have suffered from shoulder pain for years… now it is virtually gone! I can play catch with my daughter without the usual shoulder pain the next day. There definitely seems to be a cumulative effect on how it works. I honestly feel about 10 years younger (in terms of aches/pains/stiffness)—- original review—-So my wife and I have been drinking Cheribundi for a few weeks now. We were both pretty skeptical that it would actually reduce inflammation… but it really seems to work. My wife and I can both tell the difference. I gave one to my BIL and he also said that he noticed a difference.Now you need to align your expectations. When I say it “works” I’d say it is roughly on the same scale as one advil. it knocks the bite out of the pain, but it it’s not going to fully relieve severe arthritis. My wife has pretty severe sciatica and certainly doesn’t do enough to get her off her meds. It does, however, take the edge off a rainy day for her.As for me, I notice the little aches and pains I have accumulated seem to be much less. I am closing in on 50YO – so things like annoying knee pains and issues with my toes all seem to be less.Taste – I like it, but its not going to be for everyone. Remember it is “tart” cherry so it isn’t sweet and can almost make you pucker. Everyone why has tasted it has liked it… but I do know that not everyone likes tart cherries.One thing I really like is that there isn’t any filler juice. Most products have added apple or grape juice to help sweeten them and dilute the more expensive fruit. That’s not the case here, it is only tart cherries.Final Verdict – you mileage may vary, but so far we are pretty impressed. If they were cheaper I’d probably drink two or three a day.

Women Who Have Sensitive Bladders Beware!!
I had no clue when I bought this that tart cherries and bing cherries were so different in the way that they interacted with the bladder. There is research that has shown that in addition to cranberry juice that bing cherry juice can be good for bladder infections.Tart cherries are a whole different story… Although I Love the flavor of this juice and was looking forward to its helping me with my fibromyalgia; back pain and joint stiffness I never got the chance to find out if it would do any of those things for within an hour of my starting to ingest this lovely tart cherry juice, like the poisoned apple in the fairy tale; Snow White new pain started to set in that I hadn’t experienced in years! So I then tried to only have the least littlest bit mixed with 99% plain seltzer water and it didn’t help me one bit.When I very first started noticing bladder issues I googled, ‘Can tart cherries cause bladder infections’ This is the response Google gave me:”Yes, tart cherry juice can irritate the bladder in some patients. The acid that gives this juice its tart flavor can decrease the pH level of urine. A lower pH means a substance is more acidic than those with a higher pH. Anything with a pH below 7 is classified as an acid or acidic.”Unfortunately, I happen to fall in the category of being one of those ‘some patients.’ So, I will never know if this could have helpedd me. It was almost too good to be true for I absolutely love cherries.I am sure this is a great product for those who don’t have my issues I just wanted particularly women who have sensitive bladders to have this knowledge prior to purchasing.Right now one of my roommates is using the juice but for me it is an expensive lesson.
