Appears to be a good overall choice for this supplement. It had enough information for it to be trustworthy to me and appears to be what it says it is. Has contact info for the manufacturer and it appears to be a supplier that’s been around for a while, not just a relabeled generic product.Packaging was secure and had safety seals intact. Plenty of time left on expiration. Capsules were all intact with no damage or leaking. No loose powder in the container.I found the capsules to be odorless and tasteless, easy to swallow.

Coated, not soft gelled…
I ordered these prenatal vitamins because I am expecting in May and my OBGYN recommended (of course) that I start taking a prenatal vitamin shortly after my first positive pregnancy test and for the most part I like these.Granted they weren’t soft gel pills as advertised, but they are still fairly easy to swallow, I like that there’s no funky taste/aftertaste to them and I definitely appreciate the fact that the serving size is just one pill as it’s easy to incorporate into my vitamins and supplements routine first thing in the morning.I deducted a star because I wasn’t expecting for these particular pills to leave my bowel movements completely black as time wore on, but evidently that’s a common side effect of the iron doing its thing, but other than that I appreciate the quality of these and would absolutely consider buying them again in the future.4 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a great diet supplement for mom and baby. It is probably the most completed supplies you can find. It has 25 agents as listed on the bottle. There are importantly nutrients required specifically for the development of baby, such as DHA, EPA, choline and folate. Others are proven supportive to mon’s health. The formulation is also unique. This soft gel uses a liposome technology, giving the nutrients greater bioavailability. The bottle contains 90 small soft gels for three months. This product is made un the USA and using all natural sourced material. It is a very useful product.

Easy to swallow, good nutrient levels, not berry flavored as stated
The capsules are large and have a slightly bitter taste. The listing mentions these as “Natural Mix Berry Flavor.” They are, in fact, unflavored. The surface of the capsules is smooth but not slick. Despite the size, I did not have any trouble swallowing them. They are made in the USA which I appreciate. I like that the manufacturer sticks to reasonable amounts of the nutrients in the capsules and doesn’t have anything that’s more than 150% of recommended daily value. I have looked at so many other supplements online that give you thousands of times more of a nutrient than you should have each day. I also have to give a lot of credit for listing their ingredients plainly on the product listing. So many supplement and cosmetic manufacturers hide their ingredients.My only real concern is that they are called “Actif Organics” and say that they use organic herbs in the capsules, but there is no indication of what proportion of the capsules is organic and no indication of whether the ingredients were certified as organic. I believe that the requirements for organics are different in supplements than in food, but I do have other supplements that have the organic seal and certification information on the bottle. With so many more claims of products being organic than the number of products that actually are organic, it never sits well with me when a company just slaps the word “organic” on something without any proof. That being said, I have no way of verifying whether these capsules are actually organic or not. For all I know, they might be totally organic. Aside from being organic, they also say that they’re 100% natural. That has no legal meaning and so really should not be listed on the bottle as if it means something. I mean, there are natural poisons and lead is natural. Do I eat them just because they’re “natural”? I complain, but that’s just because I have seen so many products from other manufacturers online that are truly not trustworthy. With these, I do trust the ingredients and I think that they’re perfectly safe and healthy when used as directed. I just like more transparency when a company claims that they are using organic ingredients.
