I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to help you know the company and product better so you can determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes entirely encased in plastic. Not only do I see that as unnecessary, but painful to deal with when the arthritis is kicking in. The bottle comes a little more than half full.If used as directed it will last two months.The expiration date on mine is Dec 2026.The capsules have no real scent or taste, and are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says 3rd-party tested, GMP-certified, and manufactured in the USA.I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. ProHealth not only puts their phone number on the bottle, but an international number as well. Their ProHealth site is both functional and informative. They not only have customer service, but they have a chat on their site with “longevity experts” who you can chat with about your supplement questions and needs. The bios of their medical advisors are also on the site. There is too much to list, you need to check out the site.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I am impressed by the company and am exited about this supplement. I like the absence of stearates and dioxides that many companies say they need to use, but the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements that I am aware of refuse to.
