Great Bench for home workouts
This is a solid workout bench. It feels really well-made for this price range. I love that it folds up easily and doesn’t take up much space, which is perfect for my home gym. The adjustable incline settings give me plenty of options for different exercises, and the included resistance cables are a nice bonus. Overall, it’s a great bench for the price—compact, versatile, and easy to use. With some dumbbells you can get a quick workout done at home.

Sturdy and supportive!
This bench was super easy to assemble. Most of the pieces were already together from the box. Took about 5 minutes to set up and start using.The bench is supportive and comfortable, as well as sturdy! Great for weight workouts.

This is a decently made weight bench, about on par with the price
Generally speaking, this is a perfectly fine bench, but it isn’t a gym-quality piece of equipment. It comes partially assembled, and there is a QR code to link to a video for final assembly. The video was helpful, and within 10 minutes, it was all put together. (If I had to do it again, I could probably do it in 5 mins or less.) There are the typical adjustments for different exercise routines, and adjusting the back angle is simple. Maybe too simple in that it looks like a cheap solution (a t-bar that locks into a series of hooks….kinda like the backrest adjustment on an aluminum chaise lounge for the pool.) But that simplicity makes it REALLY easy to adjust it, and the simplicity eliminates something to break. Both are good things for long-term use. The welds look satisfactory, but won’t win any beauty contests. Important pressure locations are 12ga steel which should suffice.At first my partner was unthrilled by the slight slope on the edge of each of the backrest and seat cushions (sloped at the hinge side), but we then reasoned that the slope was probably practical because those 2 edges tend to get more wear/tear, and by slightly sloping them, they are less likely to wear out in those places. The bench seems a little flimsy unweighted, but it was stable with a 220lb user with various weights being used, and in the end, that is the awfully important. The rubberized plastic feet stay put on a smooth wood floor. We didn’t use the included bands which seem nicely made.PROS: seems well made for the price, but no frills here (due to the price), easily folds for storageCONS: bench drops from 0> -10> -35. This bench press bench is really great! There are many adjustable angles, whether it is flat, inclined or vertical, it can meet different training needs. The material is strong and stable, with strong load-bearing capacity, it is very safe to use, and there is no shaking feeling. The padding of the seat and backrest is thick and comfortable, and you will not feel uncomfortable even if you train for a long time.

Too small
While this bench appears to be well made and has a really nice range of motion in the seat back. It is somewhat unsteady and small for a full grown man, the foot cushions are ridiculously small. For a smaller person and lighter weight use it will be fine, but for a big guy pushing a lot of weight look elsewhere.

Easy to adjust
I love how easy it is to adjust the height of the backrest. The only thing I wish was different about this bench is the width. I think it would be nicer to have it a bit wider.Other than the width, this has been perfect for our family. Our toddlers, kids and my husband and I have all used it multiple times. I love the soft pads for under the knees when doing sit-ups.
