These bills are great for obtaining weight loss. Take 3 tablets per day. It does work! You eat less!

Really great as an appetite suppressant and gives me more energy
Not sure if this product is helping me lose weight or not on its own, but I am also eating healthy and exercising regularly and have lost 10 pounds due to that itself. However, I wanted to start taking these to hopefully help my metabolism as well as digestion since I have heard different things and that it is supposed to help with that. I have noticed my appetite has been suppressed a lot. I am a snacker and I have not had snacking urges in about a month. I am comfortable eating 2-3 regular meals a day and I am satisfied with barely any cravings. Even if I don’t lose weight directly on these, they have helped with appetite and have given me more energy as well. So, I recommend them for that reason but remember pills itself will not make you lose weight, you have to also change your eating and exercising habits with it too. I also am going to take a break in between bottles, I am not sure the long term effects of taking them so I am going to be careful. Overall I have enjoyed taking these and have felt very good!
