This is a high quality reishi supplement. The capsules are fresh, and look uniform in color. They are easy to swallow, and didn’t cause me any ill-effects.

Reishi is amazing
The medicinal power of mushroom is fascinating. I used to have reishi soup that my grandmother made when I was a kid. The extract in a pill form is not as exciting but more scientifically valid. Many healthful benefits are not maximized if they’re not extracted through specific process. These pills are concentrated with the goodies from Reishi. I like how clear the label is and it’s been easy to take.

Works Great, But Is Expensive to Use Daily
The immunity support reishi mushroom supplement arrived in perfect condition. The bottle is sealed and packaged safely. There is a kind of earthy licorice smell when you first open the bottle and you can taste a little bit of the smell if you place the capsules on your tongue. I pop 1 in my mouth at a time and swallow immediately to avoid tasting anything. The capsules are small enough that they are easy to swallow, but the tradeoff is that you need to take 3 a day to meet the recommended serving size. I usually take them with my evening meal or a small snack and have not had any stomach upset.I have not noticed any side effects to taking these pills, but I do hope they are helping my immune system. They appear to be high quality. The price is a little steep for a 1-month supply. It is a great way to boost your immune system naturally, however, and may be worth investing in long term.

Seems to be a good quality product
I like this company. This product is gluten free, soy free, tested for heavy metals, and contains just the ingredients listed inside a capsule with no fillers. I really like that there are no fillers. Serving size is 3 capsules a day which means this 90-count bottle would last 30 days unless you take less like I do. The capsules are standard in size and I get no taste. They have fennel in them, which has a licorice scent to them and I do smell that herb when I open the bottle. I find it pleasant though. Mine is best buy 01/2026 so they are fresh. They also come well-sealed.

Too many ingredients
Don’t notice any appreciable effect. There are some interesting ingredients included. I wish you could get just the reishi separate – but there is a cocktail of other ingredients… Even if it did work, how would you know which ingredient is beneficial?

Top quality company and supplement
Supplements help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food, and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to help get to know the company and the product better, to help you determine for yourself if you want to try this one out or not.This bottle comes a little more than half-full.If used as directed it will last one month.The “best by” date on mine is Jan 2026, so about 1.5 years from now.The capsules have a slightly herbal scent to them which is not unpleasant, and they are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplement bottles to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. PRL’s bottles have more information on them than most regarding testing and quality, though it doesn’t fit exactly with the things I look for.I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. Premier Research Labs is one of the supplement companies I trust above all others. From the quality of their ingredients, to not using fillers (stearates, dioxides, etc.), to their testing and beyond, it’s one of the very few companies I do not question the quality of.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but this is a great way for me to get some mushroom in me, since it’s not going to happen any other way =) And for what you are getting, in both the company and the supplement, I think it’s a good price.Thank you for reading, I hope this was helpful.

I like the smell of these
These have the scent of black licorice. So be aware if you don’t like that. I do like that so really want this to work.I took them for a couple weeks and really wanted to notice a difference but I didn’t.No saying they are bad but supplements are subjective and may take longer to present benefits.I didn’t notice and body issues or stomach issues will taking these so that is nice.
