I can’t give a review that means anything
they came fast in the mail. the package is good. the top screws on/off as expected. Product inside looks good. One cannot expect to feel differently after taking them. The doc suggested as a supplement in my case for the tiny add-on effect to the Vascepa I take to lower trigs) to thin blood just a little. On the negative side it might increase PSA in serum. Who knows how to stratify risks for promoting cancer growth with products like this vs not using them? No doc does. I don’t. Everybody just guessing it is a good trade off. Of course it’s best to vitamins in your food in the context of the whole plant with its fiber content. I am wishy washy about supplements. Some probably help. But it is not a substitute to change your life, the right eating, exercise, clean living, proper sleep, weight loss, proper medical management, and lifestyle. We turn to pills like this, in society at large, rather than do the proven long term changes that are needed. I have no evidence I was ever vit E deficient. I doubt I was. And I can’t show if taking the bottle of this product helped any except to yank money out of one’s wallet. I don’t feel better because I am taking this pill, nor one more product compared to one fewer product. The nation spends trillions on nonsense. I can’t judge this use I made of it. I did it because doc said it’s something to consider. He seemed to like the idea. Again, everything is guess.

Best value E with tocotrienols
I chose this vitamin E supplement based on advise written by Dr Brett Osborne:…You will not derive the benefits with alpha-tocopherol alone. In fact, alpha–tocopherol, given in isolation, which is standard for commercial vitamin E preparations, reduces gamma–tocopherol levels by 30-50 percent. And guess which one is the far more powerful antioxidant? gamma–tocopherol! … This also highlights the importance of a complete vitamin E supplement from which you will derive a variety of protective effects… Select a preparation of mixed tocopherols and tocotrienols.

Her doctor complimented how great her skin looks.
Nothing to dislike, it’s a capsule and is easy enough to swallow. No apparent smell though no one was huffing the jar.Huge improvement in fine lines on the hands and arms, since that’s where the difference has been most notable so far for her.

natural E; 4 tocopherols, 4 tocotrienols, each fully listed in mg.
Vitacost Vitamin E & Tocotrienol Complex contains naturally derived full spectrum vitamin E. Each of the four tocopherols and four tocotrienols are listed on the label in milligrams. The capsule is vegan but does contain soy, though such a small amount of soy isn’t going to hurt you in the least unless you’re seriously allergic. I mean, how many people say they won’t eat soy but chug down prepared salad dressing like it’s water? I highly recommend this vitamin E.

Dangerous ingredients
Didn’t look good enough when I ordered. List of ingredients list soy and bran oil. Both not good for you. Our government has been trying to kill us with all these cheap ingredients, seed oils, soy, grain products that have been highly modified and sprayed with dangerous chemicals. Do not eat these, read your labels. This product is going in the trash!!

Just finishing first bottle
I bought this product because I had seen some research that Tocotrienols are helpful with liver disease. I’m not sure if I should be taking more than the recommended dosage or not, but I started off with the recommended dose per day. I haven’t noticed any huge differences, but I’m going to stick with it and see if, over time, it will start to have a positive effect on my liver.
