Hardest seat possible
Absolutely love it and it does the job. I would not return it and am certainly going to continue using it. For the price you can’t beat it. I ordered one and it was missing some parts so I had some spare parts shipped with no problem. The only complaint with this is the seat is so hard it might as well be made out of concrete. I use a cushion on top of it and it barely makes a difference with how hard the seat is. I just resorted to putting the whole pillow To be able to stay longer than 15 minutes.

Will require work to put together
This product should be easy to build, but it’s not. The main piece didn’t fit together well and I had to literally beat it into fitting. The rest of it was simple to put together and overall works well! Just wasn’t prepared for the workout of putting it together.

I bought this product to fight my depression and sleep disorders and it really helps me to sleep much more better. I enjoy watching videos on my phone or listen to music while using it. I usually use it at the level of 5-6 but you could change it up to level 8 for max.performance. Cheaper price,good quality. Highly recommended!

The only issue so far is when folded the knob doesn’t have a spot to store it. Dead silent if you are in an apartment etc.

Arrived dented, rusty, screw holes misaligned
Was unable to even put it together, the screw holes were so misaligned I was unable to make it past step 1. The bike arrived dented bent and rusty. I’m sure for the price it’s an sufficient bike for the cost, but I never even got to try it so who knows.
