Hard to swallow
This pill should have been in a tumbler or something to make it smooth like others. Otherwise I’ve had no issies or side effects. I’ll continue to buy it, but i with it was more smooth to swallow.

Works great.
Like the tablets much more than the powder, but need to take 3 fairly large tablets. If I could remember to take it 3 times a day, it wouldn’t be bad, but I take 3 all together. A little hard to get down.

I’m giving it 4 stars but will not buy again
I bought this for when I was not going have to fluid available but you should not consume this if you cannot stay hydrated. These are truly large pills 3 are a dose that you need a lot of liquid to swallow so 2 tsp in 6oz is so much simpler to me. Maybe if need to travel and you need monitor the bulk of the other bottle. It was as effective with regular use as and Beni fiber does not mess with nor cause pain with my digestion post gastric sleeve. There is no taste but the size of the pill may make you gag. I don’t think it’s worth the cost compared to the bulk.

Difficult to swallow
As previous reviewers have sad, they’re jut too big. I would have preferred pills over the powder and even gummies. But I’ve tossed them out, they just made my throat too sore even though used plenty of water to wash them down.
