I have been using this for years. I appreciate that it can be chewed, tastes good, and is a 100mg dose instead of a really high dose (500mg or more) for other products. Allows you to spread the dose over more time.

Was sent expired vitamins
My family buys these all the time unfortunately we were sent an expired bottle, upon opening you could instantly tell something was off. They are normally mostly solid white, these have lots of discoloration and really aren’t all that white. I tried two of them just thinking they maybe have a new look but nope they taste horrible as well, and gave me a horrible stomach ache.
