Funny that my gastroenterologist tells I should take a probiotic, yet he never gives me any additional information. I find that lacking on the part of my doctor. As there are different strains of probiotics. and I have yet to do the research if pre probiotics are just as important as probiotics.anyway, I take supplements because I was told that these are good for my digestion.because there is such a variety of “strains”, I am NOT brand loyal. I don’t know if one brand is better than another.and I have no idea what switching between brands and strains does to my digestion.clearly this requires more investigation on my part.I will do more personal research and then determine whether this is a repeat purchase or not.right now my factor for purchasing was that it is made in a USA facility.

If you have digestion problems and bloating, it’s time to get yourself a good probiotic. Gut health is so important to your overall wellbeing. If you are not digesting things properly, you’re not getting the proper nutrients from the foods that you’re eating which will ultimately decrease your immunity. A healthy gut microbiome can help decrease the risk of chronic diseases.The cranberry in the capsule gives it a pretty pink color, helps with your urinary tract as well.In researching probiotics I learned that anywhere from 10 billion -50 billion CFUs and 12 strains is considered good in a dose, but this one has 120 billion CFUs and 15 strains! more than powerful enough to aid in digestion.At less than $20 for a 2 month supply, this bottle is a real value.

Plus the fact that these capsules are manufactured in a GMP-compliant facility makes me feel good about their safety. The capsules are a pretty pink from the cranberry extract. They are medium size, are easy to swallow, and don’t have any smell, taste, or aftertaste. I like that these are vegan and gluten-free and they have so many different strains of probiotics. The dosage is two a day so this bottle will last two months. Nice product.

easy to swallow
These are standard sized clear capsules with a light purple powder inside. They are easy to swallow with no burping or aftertaste. The serving size is two, which I am able to swallow together. There are digestive enzymes included but I still ended up bloated, so I don’t know about that. The women’s part of the formula, along with taking a separate cranberry pill, has helped reduce the tingling after urination I have been experiencing.
