I like including a probiotic in my supplement list, just as an insurance – I also try to eat foods with probiotics, but ensuring diversity is a difficult goal… so a good probiotic has its place.This one comes with 30 strains of probiotics, at 100 B CFUs – two hefty numbers here. Some of the names I recognize, some I don’t, but the first two lines in the names cover what I usually look for in a probiotic.There are also some other ingredients in the pills, but, to be honest, 200 mg of fiber leave my utterly unimpressed – not when the target is 30-35 grams a day.I have been taking the recommended dose of two pills a day at breakfast with something that actually delivers some fiber – usually a banana, or some yogurt with chia seeds. And, I have to admit, the first week was difficult. I have IBS, and it had been acting up for a while – whatever the new bugs were, my gut was not happy. After a week though… things are just great. My gut has adjusted, and things are just… better. It’s the first time I get a reaction to a probiotic, but I am happy I pushed through it.There is a list of other ingredients, which includes maltodextrin, that might be a deal breaker for some people.The serving size is 2 capsules, and the bottle has 90 servings. There are signs on the bottle claiming it is manufactured in a GMP certified facility (no word as to where though), and that it is third-party tested.Overall, I think it’s a good supplement. Common advice is to rotate probiotics for diversity, and I’d say it’s a good one to keep in rotation.

It’s pretty good BUT. . .
. . .I have some concerns. At first glance it looks amazing!! It looks it has everything that you will need for a day in 2 capsules. Probiotics, Detox and Slim Blend (who doesn’t need help in that department!), Fruit, Vegetables and vitamin mix.Right it sounds amazing right?!? Right?!?!I was thinking the same thing until I noticed 2 things.Green Tea Extract. . .it can affect your sleep as it has caffeine and as person that is really sensitive to caffeine, this was a HUGE red flag for me. As I would only be able to take it in the morning whereas right now, I take mine at night time. I’m not a fan of this ingredient.The second thing is that there is no separation of the B Vitamins. I am already taking vitamins that have some of the B Vitamins in it. I do not want to take too make of certain B vitamins as they can mess up my stomach and taking too much of other B Vitamins can cause other issues. In my opinion, it would’ve been better if they had listed everything separately.That’s why I am giving this only 4 stars as I will not be able to take this as I am already taking some B vitamins already and do not know how much of each B Vitamins there are in it. Another reason, why I will not be taking this is that I take my probiotics at night time and the green tea extract will keep me awake as I am sensitive to caffeine. BUT this might be great for someone else as everyone’s body chemistry is different and what works for me might not work for you and what I LOVE, you might HATE and vice versa.
