Eleuthero (Eleutherococcus Senticosus) is shrub with a height of 2-2.5 meters or more. The shoots are straight, the bark of the trunks is light brown, on branches are almost black. Shoots are covered with thick spikes. Numerous roots extend from the rhizome. The leaves are alternate. The flowers are small and are collected in spherical umbrellas. The flowers are pale purple. Fruits are berry-like, almost spherical, black-blue. It blooms in July-August. The fruits ripen in September-October.

Siberian Ginseng
You want to get Siberian Ginseng for it to work right. Do not buy the other ginseng because the qaulity is not as good. I needed something to boost my energy. I was looking in my miracle cures and seen siberian ginseng was number one in helping energy levels for people who are under alot of stress.Life throws alot of stress at us from all sides of life and we often wonder why stress does this to us. It was my adrenal.It starts depleteing as time goes by and we need to help it along and that is where siberian ginseng comes in. They recommend 2 more extracts which I will tell you right now. Rhodiola extract and Ashwagandhea extract. If you take all 3 of them you will feel the difference pretty quickly. More energy and in a better mood. You will not feel gittery but focused and ready to take your day on. With that all being said Siberian Ginseng was the number one extract for helping you get the results for energy. I was advised to take this to help with energy. If you have that feeling of wanting to take a nap shortly after breakfast this may help. I don’t understand why and I do not guarantee this will help. But, it arrived fresh and quickly. You use one dropper in the morning in a drink. It is tasteless. It seems as though it will last almost 5-6 months. I keep mine in the fridge after opening. I feel like I have more energy to get through the day (although I also take B vitamins in the morning).
