Betaine: The blend features 600 mg of betaine as trimethylglycine (TMG).

I carry the gene that does not process Vitamin B unless it is methylated. I can tell this is a good product based on how my body reacts to it. It does not run me down like the standard vitamin B does. I have a bit of energy from them as well. I have been buying this product for over a year. I am a certified functional nutrition counselor and I can tell you that this brand does their research! I find their ingredients to be of a high quality and the mix of vitamins makes sense as far as absorption goes. These pill are easy to swallow and didn’t bother my stomach.

Severe Flush Reaction
I wish this product was returnable. I bought this based on reviews, but I can’t tolerate it. If you have any sensitivity to Niacin, don’t buy this. I get a horrible flushing feeling similar to a severe hot flash every couple hours. This may be a detox response, but it is intolerable to get through during my workday.

If you have a MTHFR gene mutation then this is a must buy, all the B vitamins are bioavailable.

If you research, cyanocobalamin is made with cyanide and is NOT healthy. Methylcobalamin is the most easily used version. 5-MTHF is very good version and methyl folate is BY FAR better than the synthetic, lab created version of folic acid so these are all in the form your body can use properly without the poisonous versions. I had a gene test done and the 4 B vitamins in this are exactly what I wanted and it has the benefit of the other 2 quality ingredients. I have ordered some for my mother also and she feels a difference.
