These are my new favourite. I’ve tried a few different brands and took the Kirkland brand for a long time, but I would have to take it at night to avoid any stomach issues.This, I can take any time of day and I have no issues! And 1000mcg of folate compared to some that are only 400-600mcg.

these flavourless vitamins have a smooth texture that make them easy to swallow. I take these every morning with another medication that is less than a quarter of the size, I always have trouble swallowing the small pill, but this one goes down no problem every time
