I’ve already been taking a mushroom complex which included reishi as part of the blend. The difference here is it’s only reishi, so this is good if that’s all you wanted, or if you already have other supplements and wanted to add this to your regimen. Note that this is 2 a day.Have been taking for a few days now. I’m not qualified to make medical claims, so all I can really say is, no noticeable changes or ill effects from trying this one so far.Overall it seems good as I haven’t had any negative effects thus far. Will update if anything notable occurs.

When I opened the bottle to start adding these to my regimen, there was no safety seal either on the outside of the lid or on the opening of the bottle under the lid. In all honesty I think I removed it when the product first arrived in order to inspect the capsules, but since I can’t specifically remember doing it, I do not feel comfortable consuming them.I can say with certainty that apart from the missing seal, which was more than likely my fault, the product arrived in excellent condition. There were exactly 200 capsules, and none of them were broken, cracked, or loose. Yes! I emptied them out and counted them. I thought it was the least I could do since I’m not actually going to use the product owing to the fact that I can’t remember removing the seal myself. The inside of the jar was very clean with no dust or loose debris.I gave this product a 5 star rating because I can’t in good conscience do anything else for a product that I won’t be properly testing.

This reishi mushroom supplement seemed to be effective for me with good results. It has kind of a calming without feeling fatigued sensation. I like that this is not a blend to better tell the effect of just the reishi mushroom. A serving is two average sized capsules which equates to five thousand milligrams. The bottle contains one hundred servings and at the current price of about fifteen dollars feels like a very good value. I appreciate the flip open snap top as well.

High quality supplements
Unfortunately I’m allergic to the fillers in this supplement, but this is a great company with quality ingredients, cGMP and third party testing, so I took the opportunity to get a health promoting supplement for my husband. He hasn’t noticed any changes so far, but reishi is more of an adaptogen that’s slow acting and resilience building. No adverse effects to speak of–would recommend for a reishi product.

Yes.Is the expiration date far enough out for me to use them before they begin to deteriorate? This bottle has an expiration date of March 2026.Does the supplement look as expected? Yes.Other notes:Horbaach is one of my preferred brands. This is my first time purchasing Reishi Mushroom from them. My doctor recommended dose is 2500 mg per day. Since this product contains 2500 mg per capsule (2 capsules/5000 mg per serving), the bottle will last me a full 200 days. My current brand provides this at $0.06/dose. The Horbaach Reishi sells for $0.07/dose. Both are affordable.

Be careful taking this with other prescription medications. I had an unpleasant reaction.
