A little disappointed
When I received the pilates ball it seemed to be of good quality. I appreciate that a pump came with the ball which made it easy to inflate. It did seem to inflate much bigger than expected while not feeling that full of air, but I’m trying to make it work. While I do feel that the materials are of good quality, it does slowly lose a bit of air, making it kind of soft, which isn’t what I was looking for. I do like the grippy feel of the ball; it makes it easier to work with. Overall I’d probably try this brand again; I may have just received a flawed product .

Pump didn’t work
The nozzle doesn’t fit the pump. I was unable to blow up the ball with the pump and had to use my lungs. It’s pretty flat..EDIT: The company reached out to me shortly after I contacted them and they quickly sent a replacement. Top.notch customer service! The ball works well, too.

Comes with an inflator. Works well but when the ball is full, it’s very difficult to get the plug in without losing air from the ball. I don’t want it fully inflated so it’s fine for me.
