I can’t recommend these enough. They’re great. I especially love the colorful coating on them. They’re going to last a really long time. Super easy to change the weights on. I’ve been an avid lifter for 20 years and as a woman, these are a great buy for a home gym. The grip is rough though, so I suggest getting some cheap lifting gloves.

Really easy just to rotate the handle to adjust weight. Goes from 4.5-22.5lbs. Maybe the handle is too grippy lol. Definitely not losing grip of these things. Nothing bad to say about these. Just great adjustable dumbbells for an affordable price
