Good and decent
A good value, I haven’t had congestion as much when taking these Mullein extract capsules. I have gotten immediate relief from other Mullein drops, but this still does a good job.

Effective, natural way to clear air passages
I take Mullein because I vape and it does help to keep my airways clear, so I use my usual brand of Mullein on a regular basis. I switched to these for 10 days to see if they were as effective and they seemed to be just as effective. I take it in the morning and I find it really helps to clear my breathing passages to start my day. ZHPHK is a Chinese company that sells a full range of nutritional supplements at their huge lab. I’ve used other products they sell to good effect, and from experience I’m confident in their quality. I don’t downgrade products for country of origin, especially since most of these ingredients have to be sourced from countries outside the US anyway. All that said, it’s kind of pricey for this many dosages, although the 30% off coupon did get them back down to a reasonable price. Overall, I recommend this for people interested in Mullein, although I think the price could be a bit lower.

Great ingredients in these caps
I was very glad to be able to try these capsules. Mucus is always a problem in our house. Easy to swallow because they are small. There is a tiny hint of a medicinal smell, but it’s not bad at all. I had no bad side effects while taking them. There are really good ingredients in the capsules. I still have left over mucus lingering since I was sick in January. I’m hoping these will help clear the junk out.

Seems to be working
I recently quit vaping and have read that mullein is good for helping clear the phlegm out of your lungs. Now that I haven’t vaped in a few weeks and have been taking these, I am coughing up some nasty gunk. It’s honestly a good feeling to know you’re getting that out of your airway. I think 4 stars is a fair rating as I’m not sure how much of that cleansing is boosted by these and how much is just to be expected after stopping vaping after several years. These are fairly priced and seem to be effective for me.
