These pills serve an important purpose for those of us not blessed (or no longer blessed) with natural moisture. They actually work, and quite well, but with an unfortunate side effect. These caused digestive issues that were unpleasant, and therefore I could not continue taking them, much to my dismay. Because they really did help.The gels are very easy to swallow, no problem at all. Sorry this is probably a little bit personal to be putting online, but I want to warn others.On the plus side, this is easy to swallow, seems to be good quality, and I did notice that it helped a little – I wouldn’t say a lot. I am pregnant and just with all of the hormones and things going on, it has made sexy time a little harder to get in to. This product is supposed to be safe for pregnancy which many aren’t, so I decided to try it.However, it made my body smell really strongly and I wouldn’t say pleasantly. I don’t know if that is just this product or if it is any product with seabuckthorn oil in it. But I stopped taking it. It didn’t help enough to make it worth it. And I mean, this was not just smell with sex, but like all the time. Made my clothes smell and everything. Went away as soon as I stopped using this, so I know for sure it was caused by this product. So just be aware when considering.
