Laminated poster with nice, clear images. They have both a vertical and horizontal display and are printed on both sides. I got several of these posters from this vendor and all are of good quality. I wish they had the “Sliding Bench Workout” as part of the sets as I’d have probably bought a pack instead of a few separately.

Easy to follow sliding bench workout
My knock off “Toyal Gym” came with no exercise plan or guide. This poster is helping me figure out how to use my new sliding bench. The posters were shipped rolled up, and came with suggestions of how to flatten them out. The fast shipping was appreciated.
