Been taking for a year and blood test results are great! They work!
I had the gastric sleeve a year ago, and my nutritionist expressed to me that Vitamin B-12 would be very important for me after surgery; however, for a couple of months after surgery, I would not be able to swallow pills due to a healing stomach. She suggested I take these Celebrate Sublingual B-12 vitamins since I wouldn’t have to swallow an actual pill. Each pill has a TON of vitamin B-12 in it, so I was instructed to take one every 2-3 days. I started taking them exactly a year ago and have had bloodwork several times since then. At my first blood draw, my B-12 levels were in the normal range but a bit on the lower side of normal. At my second blood draw about 3 months after that, my B-12 was a little higher, but still in the normal range. At my third blood draw 3 months after that, my B-12 levels were very high. While B-12 is water soluable and should just be excreted from my body, my nutritionist and doctor told me to ease up on the B-12 and only take it once a week. I did that, and at my recent blood draw exactly a year after I started taking these B-12 vitamins, my B-12 level is in the normal range.Even though I could have switched to a different B-12 after I was cleared to swallow pills, I continued to purchase these sublingual ones because they taste good, and because they are just so much easier to take than pills. They have done great things for my bloodwork and kept this vitamin in the normal range, even during a time when many people’s levels drop to an unhealthy level.I highly recommend these not just for their efficacy, but because of the taste and ease of taking them. I plan to continue buying this brand.

Nice texture, small, dissolves easily, decent taste! Buy them if you are in the market for such a product!
Have used a few other brand names of sublingual B-12 before. One brand (name withheld) was super prone to damage from airborne moisture that pretty soon all the pills were damp and gooey, and stuck to each other in a clump. Not good. This brand is different, they will not turn sticky or gooey and they have a decent taste. The taste isn’t like eating at Cold Stone Creamery or anything, but it doesn’t taste mediciny or bitter.. very palatable. Based on my experience, if a medicine tastes poorly, you will ultimately not be consistent at taking it.** Purchase Recommendation **Definitely buy this product if you are looking for an oral B-12 supplement. Couldn’t be easier to consume and your health is worth it!

These work perfectly
I had the gastric sleeve in May. I was told I would have to take B12 the rest of my life. I started with the nasal spray once a week. Then I found out it was red incolor. The first timemy wife asked me if my nose was bleeding. The spray only lasts one month, then its back to the pharmacy. I wasn’t sure about the pills, but I read that they don’t upset an empty stomach so I thought I would try them. I’m so glad I did. I take one every morning as I’m getting dressed on an empty stomach and there is sbsolutely no upset stomach. They ladt about 30 seconds in my mouth before they are completely dissolved. And they don’t taste bad at all. No medicine orvitain taste. Thecost was good,a 90 day supply, and I’m set for life.
