Great for Balancing Hormones.
This is perfect for balancing hormones. I love that it’s liquid and has a decent taste. I only take one dose per day and it works well and stops hit flashes.

This liquid has a bit of color but no taste, so it can be added to a glass of water or whatever. Can’t even tell it’s there.I hate swallowing pills, so I’m glad to have the liquid form. I can’t help wondering, though… they could give us colored water and we’d never know!
