Does what you need it to
Gives me a great energy boost without any negative effects. If I take this and don’t start working out within 20 minutes or so I’ll start feeling really jittery but as long as I start lifting I don’t feel anything. I go to the gym at the time of day I used to nap so I’m usually half asleep when I take this and it wakes me right up. Couldn’t recommend it enough

I’ve used Proven4 Pre-workout for a couple years, I obviously like the product. It’s goes well with my Spin Class Schedule. I normally buy directly from the manufacturer BUT recently they decided to start “Flat Rate” shipping. I live in Michigan near their facility why should I have to pay the same as someone from across the country? Needless to say I’ll be making future purchases via Amazon to save half on shipping….geez.

Proven4 Pre-Work came highly recommended by my dietician. I’ve been taking consistently now for the last two months and I’ve seen significant improvements in my performance at the gym.
