Easy to take, decent quality ginseng
This American ginseng extract from HERBANA seems to be very good quality, if a bit diluted. I suppose the dilution helps make it more palatable, as well as more affordable. This has similar but some different benefits than Asian ginseng. It’s less stimulating and more for boosting mental clarity. The bottle was sealed well and includes a glass dropper. I add a dropper that’s half-full to warm water with a little honey every afternoon. It helps me get through the afternoon lull, and I do believe it helps to improve my mental clarity.

Earthy flavor seems to help with energy levels
Ginseng is a natural herb that seems to support immune system and overall energy levels. This is easy to take, even if pills are hard to swallow.One caution is that it is very thin liquid so it’s difficult for me to count the drops, so I started just adding a half dropper into water to take it.The taste is sweet from the non-alcohol (yay for that!) tincture. But I still can taste the earthy undertone of Ginseng when I keep it on my tongue awhile- so it’s definitely the real thing! I try to keep it in my mouth awhile as herbs absorb quicker under the tongue.I do notice a help with energy levels when I take this tired, and I also haven’t actually caught the cold sickness that others around me had since I got this. So, Praise the Lord Jesus (Who lovingly created the root that they made this from), it seems to really boost my immunity too in a natural, safe way.It does have to be refrigerated afterwards to keep fresh.
