I started taking these after finding out I was anemic while pregnant. These have been great, my only complaint is that they are in face HUGE. My husband refers to them as my “horse pills”. Therefor I wouldn’t recommend in early pregnancy with morning sickness. BUT if you can get past that, these are a great vitamin. I still take these ones while nursing to make sure I have enough vitamins and minerals for me and my little one. I definitely notice a difference when I miss a day. Overall, I recommend these to any woman who needs a great vitamin, and could be low in iron!

Best Prenatals Ever
After having trouble with other prenatals, my husband took me to the natural food/vitamin store where we were directed to these prenatals. All the vitamins are food based, so the body absorbs them easier. They didn’t make me sick like the others, so I love them. It’s important to mention that they are horse pills, but now I have no problem with them.

I’ve been taking this prenatal vitamin for almost 3 years…a year and a half before I had my son and to this day I still take it…I want to try to get pregnant again, so I just never stopped taking it…it makes me feel really good throughout the day…when I skip a day or two, I feel so tired…I love this product 🙂

This may be a great vitamin as far as what it contains, but that is worthless if you can’t actually swallow it!! These are so HUGE I have trouble every time I take them. It does not get better. I even tried cutting them in half but that was even worse. I seriously do not understand how someone thought these would be something people could swallow easily. I am looking for a new vitamin after trying and barely succeeding in taking these for the past week. I do not recommend them to anyone because of the size. It is unmanageable.

I used these before, during and after my pregnancy. Great daily multi-vitamin. Only downside is the size. They are a little on the large side for me.
