Great B-12 sublingual pill. This one’s sweetened with mannitol, which is good if you don’t like to have xylitol-containing pills or foods around your pets. They work fast and well and are nicely priced.

At first. They weren’t working for me. I felt more tired after taking them for the first well but I decided to start taking 2 tablets instead of 1 to see if there was a difference. I have noticed a boost of energy almost immediately. I’m not sleepy at the end of the long work day as before. It’s helped me maintain energy and get through the day with work being slow it can be tiring when there isn’t anything to do.The berry flavor is nice too. I love the that it has natural color and flavor. As well as it’s the natural form of b-12 and not the synthetic form. It dissolves pretty quickly. I haven’t noticed any damaged tablets in the bottle so far. I’ll be ordering more soon.
