This is my second time ordering this supplement after doing some research on quality and quantity. I’ve definitely had a noticeable increase in energy. Not sold on the product yet
I ordered these after watching Dr. Oz’s show. He said that one serving has as much vitamin C as 15 oranges. I am only taking one capsule a day, so perhaps I need more? I am not seeing any obvious differences in taking it. However in all fairness, I am overhauling my diet and have added wheat germ and chia seeds in as well. I will continue taking it- it cannot hurt and since I am diabetic, I do not drink any orange juice. This seems like a good replacement for the juice.
