Started taking this product about 6 months ago. I agree with others that it’s not 100% but GREATLY reduces night sweats. Every time I think it’s not working & decide not to purchase I suffer!

I buy it on Mercola website for about couple of years now. I used to take one capsule a day and it was working well. Recently I take one on some days, but more often two. It works for sweats realy well, especially when I double the dose. And it works for me immediately, no need to wait for days or weeks for it to kick in.I would recomend it to every menopausal woman to try. I think that it might also work for those who sweat too much, menopausal or not.I can’t say if it will work for everyone but it is definitely worth trying. I take double dose and wouldn’t go without it anymore. It’s cheaper to buy at Mercola’s marketplace. They often run specials or offer coupons.

IT WORKS!!!!!!
I normally do not write reviews but since this is a life changing I really want to do it.Within a week of taking the Lignans I started feeling my hot flashes getting less and less. I used to have them all day and night. It was miserable. I am in my third week taking it and I can say it has reduce my symptoms probably 80%. I still have hot flashes maybe couple times a day and sometimes 1 at night. Although I still since before the pills use my ceiling and night stand fans in low speed. Now I can sleep!!

Just what I was looking for!
I’ve been using this product for nearly 30 days. I didn’t notice much of a difference for the first week or two. Previously I would wake up several times at night with hot flashes and had them about every 2 hours during the day. Since being on this, it hasn’t completely taken all of my symptoms away, but now I only have maybe 1 flash at night which is not nearly as severe as before and during the daytime I notice once or twice that I feel very warm. It is a significant improvement in my opinion. I was very close to trying bioidentical hormones, but am thrilled to find a more natural way to get through menopause. I also ordered from mercola.com and saved a few bucks. The 90 day supply is about $7 cheaper.

I purchased this for less at Dr. Mercolas site. I searched the site but couldn’t find where to write or read a product review. I used it for 90 days as directed. I didn’t notice any difference. I still have all the symptoms that it claims to treat.

This is a wonderful product. I start using because of having hot flashes all throughout the day so much it began to affect my active lifestyle. Started taking one a day did not notice a difference until the second week. My flashes was greatly reduced. I still have them but they are few and far between. My mood is much better. Im going to continue taking this and will be stocking up. Do not want to run out. I bought it from Dr. Mercola Website it is a few dollars cheaper than amazon.
