Easy to take, Works!!!
I was skeptical at first, but had to take supplements to fix the consistently low Vit D for a very long time. Doctor prescribed 50,000IU per week, Have been taking this melt in the mouth instead for about a yr. My labs are in normal range now. Definitely worked for my family. They really really work so watch for being too potent. My Dr made me stop taking them as I had toxic levels in my system taking these and their multi vitamins. So if your low on Vitamin D3 they work great and are easy to swallow as they’re small.

I like this version of D3. Now, I don’t know if it’s working, but it’s VERY easy to take. You just put one of the tiny pellets under your tongue and it melts. Very convenient and very easy. There is no having to worry if the pills are too big and it doesn’t upset your stomach like some vitamins can.

I’ve started to show declining vitamin D levels around 2021 I took regular daily multivitamins with no effect to my labs. I switched to a high potency swallows pill- still no success. I finally decided to try sublingual vitamin d and this is what finally got the numbers turned around 29 to 44 in less than a year. Pretty impressive. I would take 2 a week at first. Then switched to one per week and have maintained there for the most part. Like everyone else in the world I’ve likely forgotten to take it a few times but it still worked great.

I am not a huge fan of the flavor, but it isn’t disgusting or super chalky. Just be prepared since you are supposed to let it dissolve under your tongue before drinking down some water. The vitamin D was recommended to keep levels up during the winter, as the “sadness” can descend. One bottle lasts a really long time as we use it once a week in conjunction with eating our “greens”. No Vitamin D Deficiency this year.
