They are good and sturdy, but when you lay on top of they to open up your chest, they are really hard and kind of hurt.

Great addition to my yoga accessories – The green colour is lovely. They are firm to hold and are effective in helping to get into the yoga poses that you are not quite supple enough to do without support. The yoga strap is a welcome addition that I have yet to use; however, the quality of the strap looks good.
