Seems like a good product
I have been using this product daily for maybe two weeks and I’m pretty sure it helps. It’s a little hard to tell because I already take mushroom supplements so it’s not a dramatic change, but I have had some days when I took it prior to the “afternoon slump” when I was studying and my brain usually starts to fry and it seemed to help with focus and energy. It doesn’t smell or taste bad or anything, just a standard supplement with lots of good stuff in it. So far I’ve only used mushroom blends in a powder, so it’s nice to have a pill form so you can skip the weird taste. I’d recommend giving it a shot to see if it works for you since everyone reacts differently, but I’ve liked it so far.

I have been using these for about a week now and notice a difference in my energy levels! It’s a 2 capsules a day recommended dosage but I start with 1 capsule and I’ll work my way up. For now, I definitely notice that I’m more productive and feel awake. I don’t feel tired and groggy like I normally do!
