Not sure it’s any better than others
I didn’t notice any boost in mood with any of the various curcumin products. This stuff tastes yucky so I figured it must work better, but alas, this time the law was broken…Anyway I’m sure curcumin is good for me so I will continue taking it. I think at least it helps reduce my fertility. Of course, if fertility were actually an issue then maybe I wouldn’t need a mood boosting herb… if you get my drift.Well, back to microdosing iboga then. At least that works. And it’s cheap. Too bad it’s illegal.

Nutramedix Avea Mood
This product worked well for me especially during pms. I would recommend experimenting with a lower dosage and work your way up to the reccomended dosage. At first I took the minimum dosage and I became very ungrounded. I then went to one drop and made my way up to 5, which works pretty much right away for me. I take it during agitated hormonal moments and very soon feel balanced again.
