Tastes nice, but not sure if it helps or not
Herb Pharm is a reputable brand. The liquid tastes nice, like herbal tea, and my kids actually like it. Whether it works or not, I can’t really say. I haven’t noticed a huge difference, but perhaps there is some subtle result. Either way, I’d say it’s worth a try. Even just having a nice tasting drink can help calm someone.

Fresh and a little sweet tasting
I like herb pharm products. Mine is fresh and doesn’t expire until 2027. Since this is for children, there is no alcohol in it. The bottle is pretty full and the price is reasonable. It says a serving is between 5 and 20 drops. Depending on how much you use, it could last quite awhile.

Herb Pharm is a trusted brand, and this checks the boxes: it is USDA Organic certified, uses clean and simple ingredients, and tastes great (this tastes like the orange slice gummy candy).I purchased this for myself, an adult who experiences periodic mild anxiety, as a natural supplement to support those times. It is easy to take and gentle without side effects. I don’t notice a strong calming effect for myself at the calculated adult dose, but it doesn’t mean that this won’t work for you. I don’t seem to respond to skullcap-an ingredient in this, but other calming herbs such as magnolia bark, work for me.One of the ingredients, mullein, is frequently used as a respiratory supporting supplement-so if you have a child who has a cold and is particularly cranky, they may find a few drops of this soothing to alleviate bronchial discomfort.

Herb Pharm is a highly reputable brand. I’ve bought many supplements from them over the years and they always work very well.The taste of this one is hard to swallow, you really have to find something that’s going to hide the taste. Grape juice has given me the most luck so far.This truly helps to calm their mind and prevents so many outbursts throughout the day. I’m not saying this is a fix it all, but it does put them more at ease.
