So far, so good!
I’ve been taking elderberry as part of my daily supplement regimen and have certainly enjoyed the benefits. This one has even more beneficial ingredients I’d been taking in separate forms, so having all of them in one easy mode is a win in my book. I’ve noticed that elderberry tends to make me sleepy, so this has been successfully part of my nighttime supplement regimen with no interruptions to my sleep patterns. As with any supplements, be sure to check with your doctor to make sure these are right for you.

This came in my mailbox at a time that we were all fighting off a terrible flu, and I am glad it did! This is a great supplement because:- it has basic, well-proven immune-boosting ingredients, such as Zinc and Echinacea, and nothing too “far out” or crazy that has not been used for centuries against illnesses- it has a good amount of echinacea and propolis; amounts that can actually help- it comes in simple capsule form- it does have organic ingredientsDownsides:- when I am sick I prefer gummies, but those have drawbacks as well, such as sugar or calories

Elderberry and bee propolis, a winning combo
Ever since Covid, I have tried to take better care of my health and elderberry is one of my go-to products. I was therefore excited to see this formulation of elderberry, bee propolis, echinacea, zinc, vitamin D3 and vitamin C. The capsules are large (3/4″ long), but were easy to swallow. I also like that they are non-GMO, and made in the USA. They were in a tamper-proof container.

This is exactly the formulation that I would have designed myself (as a layman, but with a lot of experience in the subject). I ordered the Propolis Extract Organic Elderberry By Natures Dominion Supplements. The product came with the top shrink wrapped on and a foil seal under the cap for freshness and tamper proofing. I appreciate when sellers take these extra steps to ensure their product reaches me safely. There are 60 capsules per bottle and 2 capsules per serving. The capsules have a pungent odor that is quite strong in the bottle. Out of the bottle the smell is still noticeable yet not as sharp. The 3/4 inch long capsules are easy to swallow but there was some burping after of that pungent scent. Otherwise I had no digestive upset.The expiration date is 12/27, which almost 3 years away and sufficient time to use.I find the product at just under $26 for a one month supply to be a bit over inflated in price.
