I’m back for more! I’ve been taking 2 of these before each meal when I remember, especially morning and night. I’m a Type 2 diabetic on insulin, and recently stopped the oral meds to help lower it, because of side effects. These capsules really have made a difference, on the days I remember before each meal my blood sugar is as good or better than when I was on oral meds. That means I can take less insulin. My only problem is that they do sometimes give me heartburn, but I’m very sensitive in that way so can’t say if anyone else would notice it. I put up with that since it’s definitely helping the blood sugar. I like that these have Cinnamon, etc., as all the ingredients listed are said to be good for blood sugar.

I’ll start by saying I’m legit – not a paid customer or one of those wonky other enticed buyers – just plain, ole me.So, my package arrived in the mail open and empty. Rah! Problemo and annoyance all rolled into one, neat, little package of angst. Now I gotta rush to Amazon, “try” to get hold of an actual human and not some pre-programmed algorithmic, automated, AI turd bot with no sense of how annoyed I really am.Lo and behold, I contact Swanson to inform them of my just below average predicament only to be greeted immediately with a hardy, “We got ya back” for lack of a better retort. “The product is in the mail,” they crooned! “I’ll see it when I believe,” I spat.Comes the turn of several sun and moon fluctuations and voila! – shiny new bottle of just what the mailman had ordered, no ifs, ands or buts about it.Bottom line – love the product, amazing price, best customer service in the solar system.Thank you, Swanson, for always being #1. Works for me
I am on Glucophage and it had helped. One test was over 300 before I got treated. My ac-1 tested over 10 at 500 mg using glucophage. My Dr increased my dose to 1000 mg per day. But my blood sugar was still around 165-195 when I would test myself. After the 2nd day of taking this complex, I tested below 100. I have seen 45 & 54 blood sugar readings. 90-120 minutes after meals, I am around 120.Still taking the glucophage with this complex. This has worked great for me.

The levels of the ingredients are too low
I hate to give this a bad review b/c I generally trust Swanson but the levels of the ingredients are too low. Dr. Whitaker’s Berberine GlucoDefense Dr. Whitaker’s Berberine + GlucoDefense, Powerful Berberine and Cinnamon Supplement, 90 Tablets (30-Day Supply) is a good product that works with the right levels of ingredients but way overpriced at $45 for 90 cnt. I was looking for a reasonably priced substitute which this really isn’t. You would need to take 2 or 3 of these per dose to get the same levels of Berberine, Cinnamon and Chromium. This product Berberine Cholesterol Blood Sugar Supplement: HCL 500+ TripleDefense Gluten & GMO Free Maintenance for Glucose, Metabolism, Heart & Immune System Health – Anti Inflammatory Cinnamon Chromium Detox has comparable levels to Dr. W’s GlucoDefense.

It really does work to lower blood sugar levels.
I ordered this supplement to help lower my blood sugar levels. They were at 310 before I started taking this supplement. Within 3 days they jad dropped to 270. Within a week they dropped to 230. Within 10 days they dropped to a normal range of 97. I am so happy with this supplement. I will be ordering again and again.

Works as described. A good mix of supplements to lower glucose
These work to lower blood sugar. Can’t say by how much, depends on food eaten probably and it’s too hard to gage specifics like that, but AC1 was lower overall by a few tenths when I took these whenever I ate foods with higher sugar carbs, like fruit
