Pros and Cons
I’ve been using this product a while. I use it to help regulate my blood pressure and regulate my bowels. It’s less harsh than magnesium citrate on the bowels but I don’t like that it contains magnesium stearate. The magnesium citrate did seem to help lower blood pressure more quickly. But overall, for my particular body needshelated magnesium oxide works best.
