Balanced formula and easy to take
Easy to swallow, which is so important, a balanced mix of minerals, and a good price. I have been taking this brand and mixture off and on and keep coming back to it because it’s so easy to take. I know we need calcium, and it’s citrate that’s the easiest for the body to absorb–some calcium s are made out of ground up shells which only clog up your arteries, plus, without the mag & d mix, the good kind of calcium might not get absorbed and calcium build up can be not healthy. I don’t know if this is the very best formula, but it seems good to me. And, as an added bonus, you won’t have a problem with constipation if you take it regularly, you might prevent cancer, and magnesium works for energy and muscle cramps.

Seems to work well. Kind of difficult to judge. I have been experiencing cramps and lower back pain and I believe this has helped. Certainly no drawbacks or upset stomach. I take it with meals.

RiGHT RATIO OF CAL/MAG IS GOOD
Two to one is the best ratio for calcium to magnesium, studies show. I like that this doesn’t contain a ton of Vitamin D too! My regular daily already furnished three thousand units and sometimes I take two. AND there IS such a thing as too much vitamin D no matter how much this vitamin is being PUSHED on us! The one criticism I have of this brand as with all the others which furnish magnesium is the RATIO of the different forms of magnesium is never listed. Magnesium oxide is CHEAP. So how much of the TOTAL is this level of magnesium? Remember that magnesium CAN cause loose bowels…..and magnesium oxide is a leader of that side effect.IF you are buying this, start out SLOWLY….one capsule a day, say, and work up over a two to three week period. That way, you will lessen the chance that you will have that “inconvenient” and unpleasant side effect!And CAPSULES are THE way to go for calcium. Calcium tablets are often so squished together and hard that they pass through many people, unused by the body! That is unacceptable! At least capsules allow this mixture to get to your intestines for absorption!

Great supplement
There is an ongoing backlash to the supplement fad, which is a shame because it prevents people from buying wonderful three-in-one products like this. I love it when a dosage can knock out several birds in one stone without compromising quality, and these calcium-magnesium-vitamin D capsules fit the bill. Most Americans should be supplementing with calcium, and taking these at night along with ZMA has helped me sleep more deeply — although my dreams are very vivid now — and I believe accelerated by recovery from physical activity since I am an active athlete.As an added bonus, these have enough magnesium that I can take a reduced amount of ZMA along with these pills since this makes up for part of the ZMA dosage. Well worth the buy, although I wish it were more affordable.
