NOW vitamins are my go to. Best selection and quality in vitamins. The problem was that when I received them they were stuck together and in the heat too long. The vitamin stores usually put a cool wrapping around gel vitamins to prevent this from happening. I’m still using them but I know the integrity and strength of them have been jeapordized from the higher than normal heat.
