Yes these are for kids or adults
For all the people saying these aren’t for kids, your kid has to learn to swallow pills first. It took my son a bit of time, but he learned and takes these with ease. We also bought the multi vitamin and he takes both. My son is 9. I can tell there is an improvement in his mental health. These aren’t cheweable. If your kid isn’t comfortable swallowing pills then find something else. But to leave a bad review just because something wasn’t meant for you, specifically, doesn’t mean these pills don’t work.

Just the size of pill is little bit larger for kids.
I wouldn’t use these for my couch or sofa. These are really soft. I would buy much firmer pillows next time. –
Not for small kids
Definitely not a kids vitamin. I have to cut it 4 times for my 8yo son. His urine was bright yellow when he took half tab. Also, he was more hyper. However, I have mental clarity, energy and less brain fog when I take it.

Reasonable dose of B12
I was looking for a B complex formula that had a reasonable dose of vitamin B12. So many supplements contain thousands of times the RMA. I also wanted the B12 as methylcobalamin, which is hard to find. I didn’t want to flood my body with massive amounts of B vitamins. To be clear, I’m an adult, but this Kid’s formula was exactly what I was looking for. The tablets are small and easy to swallow and they do not have that typical B-vitamin stink. They have a faint but pleasant mildly malty smell.

Great dosage–but we are of CHROMIUM
This is a fabulous brand and dosage for older kids/teens and adults. I am glad somebody is making supplements with lower recommended daily doses. I just hope people are aware that there is Chromium present in this. I wish they made this without it Chromium is a leading ingredient in diet pills that raises metabolism. B12 can have a similar effect in higher doses. If your child is prone to anxiety or sensitivities in their heart or nervous system, this is a recipe for palpitations and nervousness. Be careful what you give to your children.
