Amazing Buy
I bought this for my dad who has cancer and many other health issues. He stated the ring fits perfectly. What he like the most is that the inside is coated with clear resin. He’s allergic to most metals. He’s worn it about a week and had had no problems. The instructions come with a QR code that takes you to a link that downloads the app. You use the app and Bluetooth settings in your phone to connect the ring to the app. You can also connect it to other health apps, such as the health app on the iPhone. The set up is so easy. It’s accurate enough in measuring steps, blood pressure, blood oxygen, pulse rate, and sleep. He can wear it when showering or doing doing any other work inside/outside. I bought him the black one and it looks really good. It’s sleek, lightweight, tons of features and comfortable enough to wear all day. The battery life is solid, and he loves not having to deal with a bulky smartwatch and is so durable. If you want a stylish way to track your health, this ring is a great pick! Overall, he really likes it a lot. Great buy and highly recommend.

Impressive Smart Ring with Accurate Tracking
I’ve been using this smart ring for three days now, and I’m pleasantly surprised by its performance. The setup was straightforward, and it paired easily with my phone (iPhone). The ring is lightweight and comfortable to wear all day, even while sleeping. The fitness tracking features work well—step counting is fairly accurate, and the heart rate, blood oxygen, and blood pressure monitoring seem reliable. I especially appreciate the sleep tracking, which provides insights into my sleep patterns without needing a bulky smartwatch. Battery life has also been impressive so far, lasting well beyond a full day on a single charge. The fact that it’s IP68 waterproof adds to its durability, and I’ve had no issues wearing it while washing hands or during workouts. Best of all, there’s no subscription required, which makes it a great value compared to other fitness trackers.Overall, this is a great alternative to traditional smartwatches for those who prefer a more discreet fitness tracker. Looking forward to seeing how it performs long-term!

Its okay
Interesting and offers some insights but I question the accuracy. First, the device was easy to charge, connect with the app, and start using. Battery life is pretty amazing; I’ve had it on and taking multiple measures through the day for 4 days and the charge is now at 65%. The fit is accurate to actual ring size. Now for functionality. The device claims to measure heart rate, blood pressure, stress, and sleep. I can say for a certainty that sleep tracking is inaccurate by hours. My sleep quality cycles and I’m currently in a very poor sleep quality state; knowing for a fact because I’m looking at my clock trying to fall asleep/when I wake up/and when I cannot get back to sleep 🤣. I slept roughly 2 hours last night and the ring recorded close to 5. No, I was not dozing, I was playing a game to try and bore myself to sleep. Blood pressure appears to be close enough for tracking trends and *general* concern; the diastolic number being within 1-3 points of my wrist cuff readings and the systolic being within 10 points of the same wrist cuff readings. Pulse rate appears accurate when compared with wrist cuff and fitness watch. Lastly, stress measure appears accurate to subjective self rating. Do with this information what you will.

Nice life saver
Size of this ring fits perfectly on my finger, I tried to test the results of Heart rate, Blood Plessure, Oxygen, so it’s close to being accurate, so I can say that it’s really working partially accurate. There is a difference of 1-3 measures points, otherwise it’s very accurate, and it’s waterproof for sure, I have tested and using it currently and planning on keeping the ring. I think it is worth the price. It’s not thick as I thought, I believe it’s because my hand is big, but it’s not that bad. It’s better than wearing a watch on my wrist, this is easy and simple, light weight. Classy looking.

You will probably be disappointed.
I think you will be disappointed, I was. Why did I buy this ring instead of the others listed on amazon? It states that it can take your blood pressure, and continuous plus oxygen.Pros:+Ring seems nicely constructed+Was not bulky and felt like a normal ring when wearing+Nice case to charge, with 2 types of charge cablesCons:- The phone app for this product is terrible: constantly disconnects, Does not update in the interval it states when you set the tracking interval, cannot really see the 30 min increments on any graph of any thing you are tracking- If you set to Imperial, it goes back to metric- could not set up an online account to save my life… should not be that tough- Chare last about a day 22 hrs…- Finally the blood pressure is soo off they should simply not say they have it. It would be dangerous if you actually thought it was accurate (Yes I compared it to a real cuff that was calibrated to be accurate at my Dr. office).I also wanted to use it to track sleep and plus O2 at the same time to determine depth of sleep etc. Did not gather the data like it should did not break up the sleep stages etc.So, sadly I plan on returning the unit.
