For someone who detests the taste of garlic I thought I would give these a try as benefits of using garlic are proven to be beneficial. These tablets smell strongly of garlic but once taken I have noticed no garlic reflux of any kind and so will continue to take they are great value for money.

I did get this product to help with a very stubborn pityriasis rosea and my immune system as I could not go for eating raw garlic.. I don’t mind the taste but my breath was horrible so I decided to buy these instead. I’m very happy with this supplement, no bad breath, good quality and price. Chinese medicinal mushrooms are my star product but garlic did help a lot as well.I’ve noticed that I get warmer in my bed at night (my hands and feet are always cold in winter)..bloods circulates all over my body after taking them. My advice is to take the tablets (I take 2) at night before going to sleep, I get dizzy on day time if I take them during the day.. I think it’s because garlic helps circulation and thins your blood.Good supplement to boost immune system!

These are definitely helping to keep side effects at bay such as mouth blisters from the immunosuppressant methotrexate I take weekly for rheumatoid arthritis. I don’t take everyday, just one for about 3 days a week following treatment, and I’ve noticed a reduction in mouth issues, including sore throats. Even going on public transport I’ve noticed my immune system is better able to fend off germs etc.
