Perfect size
This is a great ball to use in physical therapy. It inflates easily and has just the right amount of softness and resistance. It is a medium size ball good for squeezing between the knees.

Great Soft First Ball for little Kids
Works for my Pilate exercises. Seems sturdy. My Grandchildren ages 2=5 like to play with it. Soft and nice size for first ball to play with and learn to play catch.

Orange Mini Stability Ball
I have ordered this ball to go with my Zenga Flow dvd. I already own the blue one, but it was too small for the Zenga dvd. The ball only came with a small clear tube that looked like a straw you would use the drink soda with to inflate it. Luckily I already had a pump that came with the gym ball I purchased previously somewhere else (Gaiam gym balls come with pumps). The ball is good quality and does nor smell like rubber (I have purchased balls before that smelled terribly of rubber). It is a good size to do Pilates and on my Zenga Flow dvd there are several exercise in plank position that utilize the ball (the blue one is too small for that). This is a good way for beginners to start learning plank exercises, because it helps support you until you become stronger.

High Quality – Use in Diastasis Recti Workout
I use this ball when I do the Mutu System exercises to correct diastasis recti. It’s a good size for the in- between- knees squeezing I have to do, although I purposely did not fill it to capacity because this is how I use it most and I like it ever so slightly squishy. I like that I can use it the way I have been, or to stabilize my back if I want – its size is flexible. I did not have a difficult time filling it up, the straw might be a little fiddly, but I didn’t find it frustrating. You do need a bicycle pump or something of the sort. Mine hasn’t lost any air since I filled months ago. I think it’s of good quality – I use mine several times a day and my child-hellions kick, throw, toss, stand on, and abuse it all the time. And can I say that it’s cute? Because it is. I realize that doesn’t matter to a lot of people, but my heart gives a happy sigh when things are cute. Very pleased.

It is OK but inflation is problematic.
This is a review for 10in ball (lime color). It is true to the size.It is fine but loses air somewhat quicker than expected when unused. I use foot pump from air mattress to inflate it.Inflation is easy but during the time between removing the pump nozzle until the plug is inserted a lot of air is lost no matter how quick you are. Basically you need to overinflate to compensate for the loss. It should be constructed better to keep the air in better for a short time without a plug.Another issue is when you need to re-inflate it is really difficult to remove the plug. You will probably break your fingernails while trying (or have them separate from the fingers). I have another ball (22in) from a different brand and it comes with a plastic prying tool just for that. But this ball doesn’t.

Esta pelota de pilates complementa mi rutina de ejercicio super bien y es muy duradera y de buena calidad. Es muy fácil de inflar con el popote que viene incluído.

I would like to point out that the quality of the material the rubber stability balls are made of, is different from the first batch I have ordered. They are not as elastic, smaller in size after inflating and much less sticky. It is quite disappointing experiencing such difference in quality.I use them for Pilates exercisesHope you can enhance quality control.

Nice stable little ball! Very similar to Barre3 ball. Good size, I got the 10″. The trick to blowing it up to a good size is: blow it up to mostly inflated with the straw alone, make sure you have the plug in your other hand and then put the plug in *almost* all the way (leaving a little space on the side of it) and then blow into the hole with the straw not inserted and quickly plugging it. it should take you a couple of final breaths to inflate it to the full capacity because the straw isn’t in the hole, youre just blowing the air into the teeny space beside the plug. It worked perfectly for me, no issues so far!
